RENOVATIONS & REMODELS
Great bones and a great location can equal a great opportunity for reimagining. Patrick and his team of carefully-selected contractors partner to bring new life to older homes. We can help with imagining possibilities and identifying options at the outset, then carry the project through with permitting and partner designers, draftsmen, or architects. The best fits for our talents are large-scale projects that require structural repair or reworking in addition to new, striking cosmetic details. Think: taking a space down to the studs and building back ‘like new.’
TOTAL HOME RENOVATION
A Fresh Start: This 3-bedroom family home in a popular local subdivision had passed its prime and was generally run down. Patrick and team took every square foot to the studs, giving the structure and spaces a new look, feel, and function. The remodel included all bedrooms and living spaces, three full baths, a finished basement, custom kitchen, refitted garage, landscaping, and fencing. Our favorite detail: the handmade swing set in the backyard.
