CUSTOM HOMES
CUSTOM HOME BUILDS
We partner with you and a designer, architect, or draftsman to help you bring your new home vision to life. Our expertise is broad. We know efficiency, structural integrity, and sitework and can execute artisan details like custom steel handrails and bespoke tile installs. A transparent, cost-plus model ensures clients get the highest quality, speed, and craftsmanship no matter the scale —from guest cabins to sprawling lakeside homes.
Modern Family Retreat, DESIGN BY SUSAN YELEY HOMES
Fun & Function: This build, designed by Susan Yeley Homes, brought new life to the lot the homeowners grew up on. Thoughtful design brings in super fun details — like the speakeasy room accessible through a hidden bookcase. Not as visible in the gallery is the significant site grading and engineering work done to prepare for the build, including huge retaining walls to make room for the pool. We even managed to save a very sentimental climbing tree. Every detail was executed with care.
